My daughter is a client at MV Ortho. Dr Jong and his associates are both talented and caring. We are very happy with the orthodontic treatment so far. The location is great for both parking and an easy walk from Mona Vale centre.

From day one a great experience. Dr mun is calm, clear and precise in all communication and treatment, ensuring the best outcome. I highly recommend him and his practice staff, who, even when dealing with hectic teenage schedules always seem to be able to manipulate and accommodate for appointmentsVery happy with every aspect of treatment my 2 girls received.

My son and I both attend this clinic - me for maintenance to my retainer wires after treatment many years ago at another clinic and my son initially for braces and (now a few years later) for clear aligners.The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the results we have had with our son have been fantastic. We recommend them and have no intention of going anywhere else.A great team.

I would give six stars if I could! I trust the doctors - the results are excellent, and they answer every question or concern with patience and kindness and take the time to explain. They don’t rush you into treatment and consider individual need. The support staff are amazing - the most lovely people who get you in quickly if a bracket breaks or if you need anything and they are always welcoming, positive, helpful and supportive. I felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I have been very impressed with MV Ortho. Both my kids need teeth work and Dr Mun has developed specific plans for both of them. Dr Mun is very lovely with the kids and the staff are very professional. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Mun and the fantastic team at MV Ortho have been excellent with both my kids. They explain the issues clearly and made me confident we would get the right outcomes. Where to start!?Amazing, kind and caring staff who always put a smile on your face; oh and as well as make that smile look damn good! MV Ortho go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with everything, I would recommend them to anyone (even if they don’t need orthodontist works done).Thanks again to everyone at MV Ortho.Ps. MV Ortho provide a great service as soon as you walk in the door. They are very personal throughout your appointment and make you feel at home, so much so that when they offered to keep an eye on my 4month old, I was more then happy to let them to. If you’re looking for a stress-free experience with friendly staff, this is the place you’ll want to go! I would highly recommend!

I am just finishing my Invisalign treatment with Dr Mun at MV Ortho. I am so pleased with my results and how quickly they have been achieved. All staff treat every patient with kindness and respect which makes all the difference. Grace was especially helpful and understanding of my sensitive teeth, which made me so much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend treatment here especially Invisalign.

Having had a less than ideal Otho experience locally, I can say with enthusiasm, that the practice and Dr Mun were wonderfully welcoming and professional. Real people, really caring about your perception and the long term outcome. Even the most nervous child couldn't help but love Dr Muns friendly, up beat manner. I felt confident that the dental opinion from Dr Mun was well considered, and based only on the long term benifit to the child, no hint of trying to sway towards unnecessary intervention. Dr Mun Jong & all his staff have been fantastic! My sons gums unfortunately became very inflamed & swollen while wearing his braces. Mun has been carefully monitoring the inflammation & decided it would be best for my son to have his braces removed temporarily to let the inflammation settle. He has kindly offered to make a retainer for my son to wear while we let his gums recover. Once his gums are healthy, Mun will fit his braces again.I thoroughly appreciate the professional care that Dr Jong has provided us & we highly recommend his services. A big thank you to MV Ortho!

Mun has treated both my two daughters and myself with braces and invisalign. We are all very happy with the results. His attention to detail is outstanding. His practice is a very friendly place to visit.All Mun's staff are delightful and very well trained. We have also been looked after by Grace who is very professional and lovely. I would highly recommend MV Ortho as the only place to consider orthodontic treatment on the Northern beaches.

We have been delighted with the whole experience of MV Ortho. We have basically finished the process and have had great results. I super-pleased that we chose MV Ortho.The results so far for both my sons are great (they're still undergoing treatment). But it's also the little extra things, and the way the friendly and caring staff go the 'extra mile' to make us feel comfortable and welcome, that make coming to MV Ortho positive and stress-free. (Imagine: a stress-free dental experience!!!)My younger son says: "It's very enjoyable, because when you're in the chair, you can look up and see the superhero decals and deco-lights on the ceiling. In the waiting room, there's video games, a basketball 'hoops' game you can play and a massage chair."

2 surgeries, 5 years, and about 40 visits.My time receiving orthodontic treatment has been long and arduous, but has been made not only bearable, but enjoyable thanks to an A-grade team at MV ortho.Over my 5 years I have been to many orthodontists, surgeons, and dentists, but none stand out more than this team. They are hospitable, reliable, personable, and most importantly they care deeply for their work.I am writing this 6 days out from the removal of my braces and the conclusion of my treatment, and am incredibly grateful for the wonderful team at MV ortho.Thank you!

My son has been having treatment at MV Ortho for several years and I am planning on taking my younger daughter there too. We certainly feel we made the right decision in choosing them as we have been very impressed with their professional approach and flexibility when forced to change appointments at the last minute. Staff are always friendly and polite. They have their own parking to make life easier and comfortable waiting rooms which provides a very welcoming environment for clients. I would not hesitate to recommend MV Ortho to future customers.

Have had a very good experience with the new owners of the business. I'm always able to get an appointment for my kids for breakages etc. My 3 children have had different and complex teeth problems. My eldest daughter finished her treatment with previous orthodontist with excellent results. My son started off with previous owner as well but is at the end of his treatment now with current orthodontist with great success, his teeth are amazing! My youngest daughter is coming to the end of her treatment as well, she is looking good too! Thanks so much Mun, Helen and staff, we wish you all the best!
